Osimo
Osimo the little village is a few kms from our b&b, it is one of the many typical villages on the hills of Marche region, and just a few minutes by car to the seaside. This roman town, with its walls, ancient statues without heads, and the roman gothic churches. A village full of mystery, its underground is full of caves dated to 2500 years, the with secret passages, bas relief and symbols dug in the stone, is absolutely worth to visit.

Loreto
The small city of Loreto hosts the famous Sanctuary of the Holy House, one of the most important destinations for catholic pilgrims. Inside you will find the ruins of the Holy House of Nazareth, where the Annunciation took place. The cathedral is full of art masterpieces, too.

Recanati
The picturesque village of Recanati is the home to music and poetry. Among its valleys you can feel the atmosphere of Giacomo Leopardi poems and the voice of the tenor Beniamino Gigli. You can’t miss a visit to the poet house, its library and the Colle dell’Infinito, that inspired the Leopardi’s most famous poem. In the Municipal Museum you can admire wonderful paintings of Lorenzo Lotto.

Offagna
A small Medieval village sheltered on the hills, a few kms from Osimo. The majestic fortress was built in 1454 as defense, today it hosts a permanent weapons exposition. Every year in July you can’t miss the Medieval Celebrations, a jump in the past among dames and knights, torches and jesters, in a fairy atmosphere from the medieval age, where you can taste food and specialities that goes back to the past.

Urbino
Urbino houses the most beautiful building of the Renaissance, the Ducal Palace, with its magnificent façade raised in honor of Federico di Montefeltro. Inside the building you can admire masterpieces of Raffaello, Piero della Francesca and Giovanni Bellini which are, collected in the National Gallery of Marche. You can’t miss the cathedral, too, where you can see the Last Dinner from Barocci, the Albornoz Fortress and Raffaello house, which homes the famous Madonna with Child painting.

Frasassi Caves
Frasassi Caves are remarking underground karst caves , discovered in the small town of Genga in 1948. Thanks to a hard digging activity, today it is possible to admire wonderful views in this enchanting place. You can chose among standard or speleological visit. The inside temperature is around 14° C.

Castelfidardo
Cittadina tipica Medioevale affacciata sulla Riviera del Conero, famosa in tutto il mondo per la costruzione di Fisarmoniche. A Castelfidardo venne costruita la prima fisarmonica nel '800, fu Paolo Soprani ad inventare dal nulla un'industria che da lì a poco avrebbe stravolto l'economia della piccola cittadina rurale, rendendola un punto di riferimento per il mercato mondiale in questo settore.

Grotte comunicanti e misteriosi percorsi labirintici sono stati scoperti nel sottosuolo del centro storico di Camerano. Un vero e proprio paese sotterraneo ricco di fascino, di storia e leggenda. Ogni ambiente è abbellito con bassorilievi, simboli religiosi, colonne e decorazioni, non perdetevi una visita a questo paese fiabesco.
The Riviera del Conero and its beaches
The wonderful Riviera del Conero is named by the mountain perched over the sea, down its slopes beautiful white bays appears, hidden by the rocks and the Mediterranean flora of Parco del Conero. A Few kms from our b&b you will find different beaches, surrounded by nature, like Due Sorelle beach, Sassi Neri, Mezzavalle or del Trave, to the fully equipped beaches of Numana and Sirolo (Urbani, Spiaggiola, Spiaggia del Frate). We will be glad to give you all the info you need to reach all these beaches by car, bus or foot.
